In 2007, I decided to do a project focused on the dark
side, showing things that we usually don't like to see. The result were images
that are at the same time aesthetically attractive and repulsive. This was the
way that I found to penetrate into a world of blood and violence. "What
doesn't kill, makes it stronger" was taken in the dirty and bloody
scenarios of the slaughterhouses and it's composed of 2 polyptics. The photographs were exhibited at the Laura Marsiaj gallery (Rio de Janeiro, 16 sept. - 15 okt. 2009).
